All your generated photos will be available in your personal gallery within your Photo AI account. You can access them at any time after logging in.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the 'Account Settings' section in your profile. The cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing period.

Yes, immediately after payment you will receive an automated email with a login link. Then you can create your first AI model and start taking AI photos. Creating a model usually takes ~30 minutes and then taking a photo takes ~30 seconds.

Yes, our payment service is secure. We use Stripe for financial processing and do not store any information about your card. Stripe guarantees bank-level security standards.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds as the costs incurred to create AI models and generate AI photos are extremely high. In turn, our providers do not allow us to request refunds for the GPU processing time used to create your AI models and generate your AI photos. This would make it a loss-making activity for us. During registration, you agree to waive your right to a refund for this reason. However, you can cancel at any time and your subscription will end.

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Go to the top of Foto IA when you're logged in and click on Billing, you'll be redirected to the Stripe billing portal where you can download invoices, change plans and cancel your subscription. If you're not logged in, first log in: go to the top of the Foto IA homepage and enter your email in the email box, click the button to continue. Follow the link in the email you received and click on Billing in the top right of that page. If you can't log in, don't worry: click on Billing in the footer of the Foto IA homepage and enter the email you registered with in the Stripe billing portal. Stripe will send you an email to log in and then you can download invoices, change plans and cancel your subscription there.
